There are two great 20-minute workouts on this DVD -- the first is an excellent upper body workout using 2-lb toning balls, although the instructor tells us we can use water bottles, etc., and I think 1 or 2 lb weights would be fine, but probably not any heavier as many of the movements are with the arms extended. The second workout is a 20-minute total body workout with an equal emphasis on upper body, lower body, and abs. Having just worked the upper body, it would have been nice if this workout concentrated solely on the lower body/abs -- but it was a great short workout again using the toning balls. I would either do both together for a nice total body workout with an emphasis on the upper body, or I would add on one or the other after a 30-minute cardio workout. The instructor is pleasant, and the setting is soothing with quiet piano music playing in the background. All-in-all, a very nice workout.
