I love the 10 minute workout -- it requires no equipment and is so quick that it is hard to find an excuse not to do it (It is fairly easy to memorize too, so you can do it even when you are away from your DVD player). On days where I have a little more time I do Gunnar Peterson's "Give Me 20" core ball workout and I find the combination of both has really strengthened and firmed this nearly 50 year old body!
